The handbook offers easy solutions to key teenage issues such as confidence, stress, anxiety, exams and sleep problems. Later that month, fellow Hypnotherapist Emma Corrigan will see her book ‘QuickCalm – Bringing Moments Of Calm To Busy Lives’ published on Wednesday 6th November. Abigail Barragray who specialises in Creative and Expressive Arts, will also see her ‘Autism Arts’ drama syllabus for children with special needs published. The syllabus is split into three volumes, and will be launched on Thursday 28th November at the Learning Disability Convention taking place at London’s Olympia Convention Centre.
