Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work 3 surface, flour a rolling pin well and roll the dough out until it is approximately 2cm thick. Cut it into squares or diamond shapes with a sharp knife and transfer to the prepared baking tray, making sure you leave space between them for expansion.
