Action Steps 1. Marketing the needs from our talent pool in order to create more personal experience. 2. Proper planning team purpose, job description and timeline of each position from each function and Organizing Committee team. 3. Parallel functional routine team with team which base on project-based. 4. Cluster our member in order to manage LC human resource and implement the needs.(mentor, rewards and recommend) 1. Build up functional learning cycle. 2. Redesign Member Education Cycle for every cluster. (Middle, member, Organizing Committee, Exchange Participant) 3. Hold proposal education and competition. 1.
