Shauntel & Dan THE RECEPTION We held the reception outside at Fox Fire Farms under a tent. The rain began just as everyone had gathered beneath it for dinner and let up in time for us to hit the dance floor.

One of my favorite memories was the sound of the rain coming down outside the tent while we enjoyed dinner. LOOKING BACK I would have hired a wedding planner. I didn’t realize how much work there was to be done the day of the wedding. Having someone to take charge and keep everyone organized would have made the day more relaxed for me and my family. FAVE VENDORS Photography & Film: IlluminArts Photography (page 39). We knew we wanted beautiful photos to remember the day and all of the details; especially since it all goes by so quickly. In our search for a photographer, we didn’t find another studio that could compete with IlluminArts in terms of quality and expertise. Drew and his staff were very attentive and professional through the entire process. They captured the most special moments of the day and we will forever cherish the photos. Caterer: Durangourmet (page 94). Highly recommended! Jimmy uses high-quality ingredients to make delicious, well-presented appetizers and dishes. We were eating the leftovers for days because we couldn’t get enough of it. Hair & Makeup: Hair Fusion (page 94). The staff was friendly and attentive and made my bridesmaids and I look like princesses. Full vendor list on page 90
