friend, I will let you play with him, but not in this house. We went out of my house. It was winter and it was very cold. Suddenly we saw a group of dogs playing football and we started to play with them. Unfortunately, it began snowing and we went to the home of a dog who was playing football with us. His house was small, or that’s what it seemed to me, but it was nice and he did us a big favour. I was grateful for it: -Thank you very much for inviting us to your home-I told him. - You’re welcome. It will stop snowing soon and you’ll be able to go back home. After five minutes, it stopped snowing and we had to leave, but I didn’t know where to leave the cat. I couldn’t let him go back to the sewer. - Can the cat sleep in your house today? - I asked him. - Yes, there’s no problem, I’m alone this weekend, but my owner is coming back on Monday and the cat will have to leave. - Okay, no problem, thank you very much. Is that OK, friend? – I asked the cat. - It’s a pleasure. Thanks a lot to both. So we said goodbye and I went home. The next day, when I went to the dog’s house, I saw a policewoman and a man in front of the house. I got scared and when I went in I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. The cat was injured, covered in blood and he didn’t move. I asked the dog what had happened and he said this: - My owner came back sooner than expected and when he saw the cat, he hit him. Luckily, a policewoman who was walking along saw him so my owner had to drop him. I took the cat with my mouth and we left the house. When I was walking in front of the policewoman I heard that the dog’s owner, the criminal, could be severely punished for what he had done.
