The new BizLounge opens up new possibilities for liaising with customers at DOMOTEX. Only a limited number of lounges are available, so we recommend that you book as early as possible.

Passes and complimentary tickets

2 exhibitor passes for access to the Exhibition Grounds between 7.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. Unlimited number of complimentary admission tickets for your guests and yourself.

Parking permits

2 parking permits for the guarded “Nord 4” car park. A further 20 permits for free access to the other car parks at the Exhibition Grounds.

VIP chauffeur service

VIP chauffeur service to and from the VIP car park, as well as between all halls and locations at the Exhibition Grounds (available from 8.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.).

Press conference

Organization of a press conference for up to 30 persons at the Exhibition Grounds, including conference equipment and catering (coffee, tea, cold drinks and biscuits).

Internet press info box Via our content management system you can create an Internet-based press info box for your company containing an unlimited number of press releases (in German and/or English), images and PDF files. This info box is available to journalists and visitors for research purposes three months before the trade show and is continuously updated. All the information is downloadable and is circulated to registered journalists via an e-mail service.

The advertising appears via the exclusive B2B network of Deutsche Messe Interactive. This service will intensify the impact of your advertising and increase your chances of making good contacts during and after the trade fair.

Premium Pass (5 individual passes) Make sure that your (potential) customers have a pleasant and enjoyable visit. Premium Pass holders are entitled to free admission throughout the entire duration of DOMOTEX. In addition, the pass holder and an accompanying person obtain the following benefits: Exclusive use of the Premium Lounge, including catering services Shuttle service – transfer to all sections of the Exhibition Grounds International newspapers, cloakroom and luggage storage at all entrances

Invitation management for eTicket campaign Production and circulation of an e-mail containing a standard text and eTicket codes to up to 1,000 addresses (one proof-reading stage included). The content of the e-mail (logo, up to three exhibit categories, contact details, eTicket codes, address data) must be supplied by you.

Contact management (continued) Lead acquisition/management at stand The electronic acquisition and administration of visitor data allows exhibitors to make the most of their trade fair participation and optimal use of their resources. This data is taken by scanning the barcode on the visitor admission tickets during official registration at the stand. The electronic archiving of business cards also remains an option. Medium Version: You will receive the necessary database software to administer the data of clients and contacts you invited before the trade fair. In addition, the appropriate software for mobile end devices will be made available. This will enable the ticket codes to be scanned for data acquisition during the trade fair. The ticket registration data can then be transferred to the database, followed by the documentation and analysis of further visitor data via diverse mobile end devices. Full Version: In addition to all the services contained in the Medium Version you will also receive two mobile end devices (hardware) for the acquisition and administration of visitor data.
