Recent Pervasive DataCloud updates provided an API, enriched security features and a more robust management console to enable partners as well as Pervasive developers to rapidly create configurable subscription-based services on an elastic cloud infrastructure. Pervasive DataCloud and its embeddable preconfigured integrations, including QuickBooks to Salesforce CRM, are enjoying increasing adoption by strategic channel partners.

Pervasive Data Integration: Technology Leadership, Channel Execution and Community/Marketplace Platform The Pervasive integration products team continues to deliver innovation in cloud and on-premises data integration and data quality. Pervasive also continues to focus on powerful differentiators to key ISV, SaaS, SI and BPO channel partners by enabling them to deliver to their customers fast, easy and cost-effective solutions for data migration, integration and exchange. The integration team has delivered consecutive annual revenue growth in each of the past 5 fiscal years through June 2012. It also continues to expand and extend Pervasive Galaxy™, an integration community platform built by Pervasive for and with partners to simplify the vendor evaluation process, speed time to implementation, and contain costs. The community has integration templates, plug-ins, connectors and solutions to get users and partners up and running faster.

Pervasive PSQL: Optimized for Multicore and the Cloud Pervasive continued to see strong uptake of the Pervasive PSQL™ v11 embedded database, which features new capabilities including multicore optimization, full 64-bit support, and improved backup support with Backup Agent and Windows VSS support. Pervasive PSQL v11 makes more efficient use of commodity 2-, 4- and 8-core servers with throughput gains of up to 4x that of earlier versions. Pervasive has also recently launched the newest version of the PSQL family, Pervasive PSQL Vx Server. With capacity based licensing and support for the leading hypervisor platforms, Pervasive PSQL Vx is the perfect database for partners moving their PSQL applications to SaaS and the cloud.

Pervasive Business Xchange: Managed B2B Integration Services Pervasive Business Xchange™ is a fully managed B2B integration service that works with oil and gas trading partners to enable the electronic exchange of procurement and supply chain-related documents and transactions to help reduce costs, inefficiencies and friction in the buyer/supplier relationship. Pervasive Business Xchange, an active member of PIDX (Petroleum Industry Data Exchange), can take any electronic document, change it into a trading partner’s required format, and track its progress. The team is rapidly onboarding trading partners of two new recently closed customers, global leaders in the energy and related services industries.

The Pervasive Big Data and Analytics team recently launched Pervasive RushAnalytics™, a product designed for data scientists, business analysts and big data developers to build and deploy end-to-end data preparation and analytics solutions on multiple platforms, including Hadoop clusters, high-performance servers and desktops. The team also continues to focus aggressively on market opportunities in the fast-evolving big data arena, including the Hadoop ecosystem. It is delivering innovative toolings and solutions leveraging the fine-grained parallelism of the Pervasive DataRush™ dataflow platform and the open source Apache Hadoop platform, including partnering with Actuate, Cloudera, KNIME and Opera Solutions.
