Optimised network strategy Swisscom will make ultra high-speed Internet generally available • In addition to FTTH Swisscom will also focus on Fibre to the Street, FTTS • FTTS will make ultra high-speed Internet will more widely available – also outside urban centres • Telecom service providers will receive attractive reseller offers on the new technologies

• FTTS will intensify infrastructure competition with cable network operators • Fibre-optic hybrid technologies will enable bandwidths of 400 Mbps or more in future
