Understand and apply biblical and contemporary principles related to leadership and administration;
Understand the organizational structure of a Baptist church, including responsibilities and relationships of the pastor, staff, officers, deacons, committees, and organizational leadership;
Understand and apply principles of effective management related to the human, physical, and financial resources of the church;
And to develop a working model for church administration and an administrative framework for its implementation.

Course Policies 1.
The student is required to attend all class sessions. Failure to attend as many as 25% of these sessions may result in an automatic failure.
Major examinations may be made up only in the event of excused absences (those for reasons of illness, bereavement, or unavoidable emergency).
Assignments are due on the date of the session indicated below. Late assignments will be penalized by 10% of the point value.
