Water:

The property is securely watered by both town water which can be connected to every paddock and improvements together with large dams in strategic locations. The property has an irrigation licence to pump from the Nepean River. In the past a submersible pump, located in a large natural lagoon in the river, delivered water to a holding dam in a nearby paddock. The water was then delivered via underground mains by an electric pump, to the paddocks, dams, troughs and improvements. The paddocks in the past were irrigated by overhead sprinklers which were located along fences. Three phase power is located at the river site together with a flying fox, which was utilised for maintenance and repair of the river pump.
