How To Download A JPEG or Low-Resolution PDF Requirements: You must have a role that includes the Download JPEG right.

In the Elements Window View, of a folder or library, locate the Element(s) or Element Revision(s) that you want to download •

Following the instructions from OPTION 2 of Downloading An Original Element. In the Asset Mgmt. menu bar, run your cursor over the word Download, then select, JPEG Image or LowRes PDF

Select a desired resolution from within the Download window. Close when the download is complete. *The element will be placed in the location based on where your browsers download is set

How To Upload Elements Requirements: You must have a role that includes the Upload right. •

Double click on the Library into which you want to upload elements.

Double click the Elements icon single click the Elements icon

Upload elements by following one of these options:

in the middle pane, or in the left pane,

OPTION 1 - Click the Upload Items button, select Upload > Upload Items

or from the menu bar,

The Upload Files window appears. Drag files from your computer to the upload window pane or use the [+] button to navigate and select files to upload

OPTION 2 - Drag-n-Drop files from your computer directly into the Library or Folder

The Upload Files window appears and the list already shows the files to upload

Type a name for the upload (optional) in the Upload Files window

Click Upload.

After files are transferred to the server, click the Close button

Note:

If you are uploading graphic applications, you may also want to select the following options: •

Zip: All of the element’s associated files (such as fonts and placed images)

Package: Include all of the element’s associated files (such as fonts and placed images)
