Visor worn by No 2. Tongue Strap worn by No 10

Sheepskin Cheek Pieces worn by No 1, 8, 10

Running for the first time since Gelding No 1.

Probable S.P’s: 9-2 Revelance (GB), 6-1 Linwood (IRE), 7-1 Bopedro (FR), 15-2 Grizedale (GB), 8-1 Dutch Decoy (GB), 10-1 Principality (IRE), 12-1 Mythical Guest (IRE), 14-1 Madame de Sevigne (IRE), Where’s Freddy (IRE), 22-1 Nebras (GB), 50-1 Plantadream (GB)

It’s probably best to excuse LINWOOD’s latest run at Newbury as the slow ground was probably against him and he is of strong interest judged on his solid placed efforts at Goodwood in August. Despite his long losing run Bopedro rarely runs a bad race and he is feared most, while Dutch Decoy is respected on the back of a good shift in the Cambridgeshire. Grizedale and Revelance are both unexposed and also enter calculations.

SPRING BLOOM: Following its run on 18/10/2025 it was reported that the jockey lost his reins and lost balance.

Probable S.P’s: 5-1 Spring Bloom (GB), 11-2 Expert Agent (GB), 6-1 Dashing Dick (IRE), 13-2 Rock Opera (GB), 8-1 Lord Roxby (IRE), 10-1 Fan Mail (GB), 11-1 May Blossom (GB), 14-1 King of Bears (IRE), Court Drive (IRE), 25-1 Albert Cee (FR)

No shortage of chances but the versatile DASHING DICK comes here on the back of a pair of solid displays over longer trips and he could be worth siding with to end a losing run back at 6f Spring Bloom is another down to a handy mark and feared along with the class-dropping Rock Opera. Expert Agent and Lord Roxby also warrant a second look.

DECLARED RUNNERS 9 2024: PRESSURE’S ON (FR) 3 9 7 Hector Crouch 11-2 (Ed Dunlop) 9 ran Visor worn by No 7.

Stewards Note:

NYMAN: Following its run on 10/10/2025 it was reported that the horse suffered interference.

LADY MARIKO: Following its run on 25/10/2025 it was reported that the horse suffered interference.

Probable S.P’s: 9-2 Vixey (GB), 5-1 Silver Trumpet (GB), 13-2 Signcastle City (IRE), 7-1 Lady Mariko (GB), 15-2 Nyman (IRE), 9-1 Enpassant (IRE), 10-1 Onemorenomore (GB), 14-1 Stoneywell (GB), 16-1 Tropez Power (IRE)

It could pay to take a chance on SIGNCASTLE CITY who went close off higher marks than this earlier in the year and may be able to get his head in front back on turf Vixen is likeably consistent and her form looks rock-solid, while Nyman makes plenty of appeal on his Irish form, having shaped better than the result on his stable debut last time.

At Newmarket Racecourses we believe racing should be enjoyed by anyone and everyone. And one thing is certainly true, the more relaxed and comfortable we feel, the more likely we are to have a great time. So that’s why we’ve created one very simple piece of guidance, to come “dressed to feel your best”.

We’re all unique, and no more so than in our sense of style and comfort. For some, wearing a nice sweatshirt, pair of jeans and clean trainers is what makes them feel confident and at-ease. For others, they might prefer to turn heads with a sharp suit or glamorous dress and high heels, particularly for one of our big race meetings But whatever your tastes, the most important thing when choosing your outfit is, of course, comfort and confidence. So wear what feels right for you and will keep you feeling your best from start to finish, whatever the weather. Here’s some other useful tips and advice for making sure your time with us is as memorable as possible.

Fancy dress can often add colour and fun to our racedays, but please avoid inappropriate or offensive outfits, as anything deemed vulgar or derogatory may be refused entry.

We love other sports as much as anyone, but showing allegiance to a favourite club can sometimes appear antagonistic So, to keep things simple, please refrain from wearing team kits when attending one of our racedays.

Only individuals in possession of a valid betting badge and occupying an authorised pitch are entitled to lay bets in the course of their business. Any individuals found contravening these conditions will be evicted. Members of the public may not use two-way radios, scanning receivers etc, for any purpose at the racecourse.

EMERGENCY NOTICE

In an event of an emergency please be guided by our security stewards and by messages you will see and hear around the racecourse We would advise that you keep your personal belongings with you at all times. RACEHORSE & JOCKEY WELFARE

The welfare of the sport’s equine and human participants is paramount to British Horseracing. All racehorses competing in Britain are stabled at the premises of trainers who are licensed by The British Horseracing Authority The standards demanded by The BHA of licensed racehorse trainers far exceed those prescribed by animal welfare legislation The British Horseracing Authority similarly licenses every racecourse, setting high standards for the racing surface and all parts of the course used by competitors, both human and equine. BHA Officials ensure that racecourses delivers these standards In addition Newmarket Racecourses employs a minimum of three veterinary surgeons, whose sole responsibility it is to provide care to the horses throughout their time at the racecourse In the event of an incident on the racecourse, any horse affected will receive immediate treatment from the racecourse’s veterinary team. Qualified paramedics and doctors are also on hand in the case of any incident involving a jockey If any incident occurs during a race it is routine practice for screens to be erected around the horse or jockey receiving treatment. This is to allow the veterinary or medical personnel to make a safe and accurate diagnosis and so that they may perform any treatment in a private and calm environment. If necessary, horses and riders will be transported from the course to receive further treatment at the nearest equine hospital or Accident & Emergency hospital
