Administration fee: This is the fee to cover the general administration of the fund. Investment management fee: This is the fee for managing the fund’s investments. Issuer fee: This is the fee for the product issuer's services in overseeing the fund’s operations and/or for providing access to the fund's investment options.

Expense recoveries: This is an estimate of the out-of-pocket expenses the trustee is entitled to recover from the fund. Member fee: This is a member account keeping fee charged by the fund. Such fees are set by a Body Corporate elected by the owners of each development.
