Instanet: Important Information on Templates and Quick Start Groups Did You Know? When forms are updated and/or the names of the forms are changed, it is necessary to update your Templates and Quick Start Groups in Instanet. If you created the Template and Quick start Groups, you can easily update them yourself, if your brokerage staff created them, then they will need to update them. Updating Templates In Lite, click on the

Template link from the home page and select the template you want to modify. You can delete & add forms from this page, by using the "I would like to" menu. In Pro click on Settings tab at top of home page and select Transactions Templates. Select the Template you would like to modify and then click "edit" on right side of the page. Then use the "I would like to" menu.

Updating Quick Start Groups In Lite, click on the Setting link at bottom of home page, then click on Quick Start Groups select the Group you want to modify. You can delete & add forms by using "I would Like to" menu. In Pro click on the Settings tab at the top of home page and then click on Quick Start Groups select Group you want and then add & delete from the "I would like to" menu.

Paragon has a site designed for small screens but will only give you limited property information, this is perfect for when you have a client with you and they ask for the price, beds, baths and square footage, you can even view the interior photo's. If the device prompts you to choose the Full Version or the Mobile Version Choose the FULL VERSION. There is currently a computer bug that will not allow you to use the mobile option. MLS Tips When accessing the MLS on a Mobile device always choose Full Version, the mobile version will display an error. *There are frequently Auction Properties that will meet your clients requirements however the price in the MLS is $0, take an extra minute and search for Auction Properties by adding the Auction Field to your search and selecting Yes

The second weekend of each month will continue to be WCAR Open House Weekend and be advertised on the front of the Homes Plus magazine however all open houses
