McKewon and Timmins La Jolla, CA (Investment Bankers) Securities Analyst (Student Intern)  Responsibilities included the research and analysis of a variety of Marketable Securities including Real Estate/Oil and Gas Limited Partnerships as well as publicly traded Equity and Debt instruments for presentation to the Firm’s Sales Representatives and sale to the Firm’s client base 1985-1989 Accolade Financial Services Los Angeles, CA Investment Advisor  Responsibilities included the dissemination of investment advise and tax preparation services to the over 1,500 clients of this small firm in which I was partners with my brother Garfield. The firm was bought in 1984 and sold in 1989. 1989-1992 The Video Vice Pasadena, CA Owner/General Manager  Responsibilities involved the day to day management, marketing and financial control of a three-store chain of retail video rental stores acquired partially from the proceeds of the Accolade sale. Business sold in 1992 1992-1998 Askenish Enterprises Pasadena, CA Owner/General Manager  Responsibilities involved the day to day management, marketing and financial control of an entertainment services company which was set up to manage the second stage production of the Lollapalooza Tour produced by the William Morris Agency for the 1992 and 1993 Tour years. The Company continued to produce a variety of Arts and Crafts Festivals as well as small concert productions up to the time of my return to Jamaica in 1998.

P. WAYNE SINCLAIR Tour Manager  Responsibilities included the preparation (artist contracting, promoter contracting, scheduling and budgeting), touring (transportation and accommodation, public relations and production) and overall Financial Control of RSI’s United States and Asia Tours

1999-2001 Paymaster, Jamaica Limited Kingston, JA Marketing Manager Responsibilities included the formulation and strategic implementation of the marketing plan for Jamaica’s first multi-bill payment agency. This involved oversight on the Company’s advertising and public relations and well as the development and expansion of the company’s branch network as well as its client partners (JPSCo, NWC etc.) During my tenure, the company experienced rapid growth, which saw its sales more than quadrupling and its branch network growing from 21 outlets to 125 at the time of my departure.

2001-2006 Accufacts Investigative Services Rose Hall, JA Owner/Managing Director  Responsibilities include the day-to-day management, marketing and financial control of this firm which provided investigative and database management services to our clients in the insurance industry. The firm was sold in 2006. 2004-Current Media Sports and Entertainment Group Kingston, JA Director Media and Entertainment Services  Responsibilities include researching, financing and providing strategic management for a group of properties in which the company has varying levels of equity interests. These properties are companies that operate in the media, sports and entertainment sectors in Jamaica.  Additionally, MSE provides consultancy to these sectors as well as the Government of Jamaica in the development of the Creative and Events Industries. Specifically, I was the author of the Major Events Attraction Program (MEAP); a strategic document outlining the objectives and implementation plan for the attraction and development of major events to Jamaica as a means of diversifying its tourism product. Client was Jamaica Trade and Invest (www.jamaicatradeandinvest.org), an agency within the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce in Jamaica  MSE is the minority partner to SMG, the Philadelphia, USA based facilities management company that successfully bidded for the management of the Montego Bay Convention Center (MBCC). In this role, MSE has provided strategic consultancy to SMG since 2007 on several facilities in Jamaica which eventually led to our successful bid on the MBCC. 2004-Current Chairman
