Why is the shop sitting on express orders????
I'm very pissed off to the point of canceling several watches, on being the lefty Meteorite that i purchased over the weekend and specified express shipping only to find out they are still sitting dormant. I got some nonsense from customer service about why they can't contact the warehouse or at least put a note on my account to rush these out. Unbelievable!!!!!!! __________________ “Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.

sorry to hear that, i ordered the deep blue day/night ops on fri and it should be here tomorrow. no express shipping or anything. i wouldnt cancel the order, they wont care. that should be obvious with the b.s. they gave you about not being able to contact the warehouse. __________________ Did you see that? Ordered my Invicta II chrono on Friday and got it today. I think sometimes they sell watches that are on the way into warehouse and not physically there. __________________ Rolex DSSD, Panerai 63, CWL C3, C4, C5LE, C6 Invicta 5688, 6053, 6475, 4243, 6691, 6440,6715 tomc1944 View Public Profile Find all posts by tomc1944 Add tomc1944 to Your Contacts #4 Yesterday, 10:15 PM

because it's not express order, it's express shipping. It could take them 5 days to ship it but as long as they use express shipping they kept their word. Kinda sucks thou. lunchbox View Public Profile Find all posts by lunchbox Add lunchbox to Your Contacts #5 Yesterday, 10:19 PM

You may have bought a watch they don't have yet. I'm sure they'll express it to you - once they get it... __________________ Bullwinkle: "Hey Rocky, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!" gman66 View Public Profile Find all posts by gman66 Add gman66 to Your Contacts #6 Yesterday, 10:20 PM

Kinda sucks thou. Well true - BUT they are still held to the original date that they give you when you place your order, saying when the watch will be delivered by... And if it's past that, I'd call and get a reduced shipping cost applied. (and I've done that before) I have had it happen both ways to me.. Super express shipping with a weekend order, the watch ships out Monday and I have it Tuesday. OR, same scenario except the order sits for 2-3 days before shipping and then it gets to me the following day (but still late). It's irritating, I know. I wish the Shop would follow Amazon's practices for shipping... __________________

Another reason I try to avoid ordering from the SHOP. W.O.W. has free shipping and typically ships the same day business day if you order during the day; or the following day if you order after their closing hours. __________________

You're not the first one i've heard complain about this issue. Does not make sense to pay more for a purchase on the shop if it takes days for it to even leave the warehouse. __________________

It's happened to me a few months back. Called ShopNBC Customer service line... they refunded the shipping charge. Did it AFTER the item was received. They were very understanding and helpful. GOOD LUCK. __________________

Have to remember that the Stuhrling stuff is shipped BY Stuhrling, and the J numbers are shipped by ShopNBC. I liked the Amazon comparison. Well said.
