OK, I have an ISSUE or two: 1. I bid on the Samsung pad and I was the first to bid then another came along and bid $171 at the end. I bid $2. So there were two winners. Me and this other person. I am wondering if I won the item because I didn't receive an email stating that I did. 2. I bid on the Camera and well I once again was one of the three winners however at a higher price than I bid. NO WHERE does it state on the site that you have to pay what the TOP bid was. I have looked all over the site and it just says the following: How it Works? SALEBIDZ.com features 5 different items per every 24 hours for auction. If you would like to enter a specific auction, a non-refundable fee must be paid. These fees’ can range from $5 or more depending on the item. Once you have entered the auction, all items for auction on SaleBidz start at just $1! At the end of each auction, up to 3 winners are selected and need to pay for their item at their bid price. Your item will ship immediately & free of charge! "At Who's Bid Price" my bid PRICE or the winner..... see I think this is a bit shoddy because it should be what I bid on the item not what the other person bid. You can take it two different ways. I want the actual paperwork in order to pay what they want me to pay for the items and I want to know why they are showing I won the other item yet they did NOT send me an email stating I needed to pay for it.

I also wonder if the person that bid the item up is working for Renato or if they actually put in a price that high. I would like the email address of the person so I can find out if they actually offered to pay that much. I think it is a bit HOKEY and I question the site...... Reply With Quote 3. With respect, this is a ridiculous auction style that seems to hold consumers in contempt. You are asking the buyer to pay a premium upfront just for the privilege of bidding. It smacks of slick willy and seems to prey on the unintelligent. It's okay to charge a buyer's premium. Many places do - to the people who have actually WON the item, not bidders. No thanks, Daniel. Junior Member Join Date Nov 2011 Location Minneapolis Posts 8 Yeah having HUGE problems with them and they are only SPONSORED by Renato that is all ... if you contact Renato they have NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT SITE OTHER THAN THEY SPONSOR IT, AND YOU NEED TO CONTACT INFO@SALEBIDZ.COM which I have multiple times and NOTHING ... I just tried it again and it came up with some lame excuse that I need to contact the Administrator of the site through some other way... that is the ONLY WAY they let you contact them. Well luckily my site states I have won NOTHING and OWE NOTHING.... I am going with that... I am not paying for anything... Those that were the ONLY BIDDERS you were IDIOTS to put in tons of money because 3 WINNERS>.. I won one even though my bid was only $2 but then some asshole had to come in and put $171 for a price or something like that... we both won the product at $171. But NO WHERE does it state you have to pay what the HIGHEST bid was... Well I would STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE FROM NOW ON.. I THINK IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE MONEY AND THAT IS ALL Reply With Quote 7. Yesterday 07:26 PM #7 jrprok

Junior Member Join Date Nov 2011 Location Minneapolis Posts 8 STATES "When the clock expires, the highest bidder(s) wins!" which means to me that Highest Bid pays their price Second Highest Bid pays what they bid and Third Highest Pays what they bid...... there is nothing stating that we have to pay the HIGHEST PRICE BID... it states Highest Bidder(s) win... so I want my items posted to my site at the price I BID on the item .... There is NOTHING I have signed that stated anything else:

Junior Member Join Date Sep 2011 Posts 20 Dear Mink, Anyone who has been around the web for a while is well aware of the selling model SaleBidz.com aspires to ape. Theses companies promote deceptive advertising by suggesting products are regularly fetched for "up to 90% retail" (a classic published example: iPad 2s going for $90.00). As any person who has taken a closer look will report, the actual selling prices are much greater than advertised as one has to "buy bids" in order to attempt a win. When competing with others for the above mentioned iPad 2, it can eventually cost the winner well more than street prices if not careful. It's your choice to associate with such an unsavory selling model, to evenly strongly advocate it as you continue to devalue your brand, but I beg of you...for God's sake...stop sending multiple and repeated emails exclusively promoting it using your email list. It is starting to wear like spam. If it continues, I, and others will remove ourselves your list. This would be a shame for I do like receiving legit news and deal info concerning YOUR site. Junior Member Join Date Sep 2011 Posts 20 Really? Too bad. This is the kind of business model that would only emerge from the back warehouses of New York City and South Florida. I think I'm done with Renato. Originally Posted by Bowling Alley Bandit It is my understanding the principals of Renato are also the owners of the auction site

It's a PREMIUM and LEGITIMATE auction site, didn't you read that?! lol I'm definitely getting tired of all the emails too. Before this site started, I thought everything was all good with Renato, with the exception of the tourbillon thing. Probably would've gotten in on a couple of the preorders too. Now, I wouldn't touch that stuff with somebody else's money, and I just hope that everybody gets the stuff they paid for. Reply With Quote Today 10:56 AM #13 The B JIM
