It is a felony to tape phone calls in Georgia and those that cross state lines. This is the new “technical advisor to Invcta. This was forwarded to me from

Kevin: You never cease to amaze me....in case of an issue like this coming up, I called you through my conference bridge which has the ability to record calls...I have a complete recording of the call you and I had. I am more than happy to provide that email to any and all individuals that would be interested in hearing it so that they can see that there are absolutely zero threats made to you in any way, shape or form. If you are going to tell lies about the conversation, then please be prepared for me to post the conversation on line and then point everyone I know to it so they can hear it for themselves. We will let the folks figure out if the comments about "Granddad" and your reaction to them mean anything or not. I did not call you to start a war...do not try to start one and tell a bunch of lies. All I wanted to know is why I was banned. That is it...if you want to make more out of this than that, it is all on you. Live and let live...otherwise that recording as well as the ones I made of the two owners meeting you guys used my bridge for will go up for anyone that wants to listen to them...and they can then compare what was said there to what has been said on the forum. Just let things alone...alright? Do not make more of this than it is with lies

DARTH

Just between us, we are all aware of who decided to be the "spokesman" for our Forum. As far as I am concerned, Darth Neo has been a provocateur and and a schmuck since he first appeared on the scene at BDWF. He specializes in stirring up crap and trying to be the center of attraction, Posting useless gibberish and generally causing trouble. He is an unemployed 43 year old asshole trust-fund baby who idolizes "space cartoons", owns a bunch of cheap watches, thinks he has found a new home for his insipid stupidity and now he has more than overstepped his bounds stirring up an unnecessary crap-storm that Jim had to spend time and effort to defuse after a hell of a long day/night/day! I think one of us should at least PM him and explain to him that it is not any of his business to throw grenades into the enemy camp when we are trying to maintain a cease-fire! If it was up to me, I would ban his ass and his IP and let him go infect WTF. Of course, I will do nothing without discussing the situation with you both. We should discuss this though. He WILL continue doing what he has done all along until he is CORRECTED, NEUTRALIZED, or preferably VAPORIZED. Bruce __________________ Time is too precious to mark its passage on cheap watches!

George Fox and NFW

Jim: I got an email from George that his new AutoPilot is going to be late and not going to be able to make a debut on SNBC. He was curious to know what he could do on WatchGeeks since there was such interest in the watch. What can we tell him that he can do? He would like to be able to offer it to WatchGeek members at a discount. Can we allow him to post

this up in the NFW forum without it causing issues with Eyal? __________________ Michael

It would cause issues. __________________ Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 8,192 Renato, a forum watch and being exclusive to SNBC

Jim...if the info in this thread is true....and it looks like it is....why can't we do a forum watch in 2009 then? Obviously other avenues are being opened up by Renato.... http://watchgeeks.net/viewtopic.php?t=12631

I'm researching this now. Could be a backdoor for Shop, or an authorized overstock sale that my buyers approved. Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 8,192 Re: Ok, looks like Invicta is our official sponsor

Fundamentally, I don't have a problem with that as it looks as though Eyal is being reasonable... As to the contract...there isn't one....it is all done online and via my credit card...I don't

have anything to send them. And after looking at the website, I don't see any options for that. Is that going to be a problem? __________________ Michael

Just figure out a way that invicta can pay it directly for us. It's the only way that thier business accounting can write it off. __________________

Re: Ok, looks like Invicta is our official sponsor

Well crap....I am going to have to look into that a bit more as I don't have any idea how to make that happen. I had assumed that they would pay me and I would pay it. I can always provide them with the receipt for it if they are concerned about the money getting to the point of paying for the server. Here is one concern I have... Is Eyal going to draw the line some place as far as what he is considering his ROI with us is? In case that is not making sense...he is providing a watch a month for WGOM and a watch at the end of the year for HSOW. Plus we are doing giveaways...so, between now and the end of the two years, we are looking at an absolute minimum of 30 watches for just those two contests and no other giveaways. Is there going to be an issue at some point? Or, if he decides he does not want to continue supporting these contests at some point, is he going to have a problem with us going to Renato or one of the other vendors? __________________ Michael

Re: Ok, looks like Invicta is our official sponsor

First of all, I am almost relieved that Eyal has agreed to the deal. With his acceptance of the Renato sub-forum, he seems to be a lot more reasonable than I expected. The raffle would have been a little tacky no matter how we handled it. GOOD WORK JIM!!! As to Michael's questions, well...they are GOOD ONES! Is Eyal going to be willing to continue the watch give-a-ways along with the funding? As far as arranging direct payment to the Host, I am sure they can work something out. I am free tonight so call if you like. Bruce __________________ Time is too precious to mark its passage on cheap watches!

I am on-air tonight, and napping pre-show. This added sponsorship has nothing to do with the contests or give aways. They continue, this is just added sponsorship on his part. He is not looking for any ROI, he considers the marketing that he gets as his return. __________________

If we're in agreement on this, then let me know so I can draft up a global announcement to be posted when the transaction is finalized. __________________

I don't have any issues with what Eyal has said. What are we looking to put out with the global announcement? __________________ Michael

Just that we moved to a dedicated server, server costs thousands per year for our specific requirements to avoid crashes, invicta offered to sponsor the forum... so now invicta OFFICIALLY is our sponsor in order to keep the site free for all members. We dont want to take donations, or make memberships, so invicta helps us keep it free... yada yada. __________________

Go ahead and Post Jim. I have no problems with the deal as outlined so far. You can deal with Ovi when he starts up about why we didn't offer Renato the deal. Personally, I am a lot more comfortable with Eyal in this position. Bruce __________________ Time is too precious to mark its passage on cheap watches! PM

Super Geek PERCEPTIONS

Gentlemen: Our friend "Magster" Posted this in the "Inside Look" Global I Posted about my Florida trip. What troubles me is the reference that Invicta sponsors this Forum. Especially as we start to broaden the "footprint" of the site and generate increased activity in the other "Shop" vendors and non-shop watch lines. Ideas? Bruce ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++ Although I'm sure it was fun for you, it was still something that took planning and lots of time. Both that you give up freely. Thank you for all your "work" here! It has been really nice to see Wing posting here. And, Maureen is right on top of all the Renato related threads. Even though Invicta does not interact as often as Wing and Maureen, they do sponsor this forum, so kudos to Invicta too! __________________ Time is too precious to mark its passage on cheap watches!

forum costs...

OK...I keep saying I am going to get this to you guys and I don't... The total cost on the forum comes to $750. This covers the domain name registration, server/bandwidth costs, chat room cost (including the add ones) as well as some of the additional consulting fees that I have paid to the developer of the portal software. My address is: 3100 River Exchange Driver #425 Norcross, GA 30092 Bruce...if you would like (and I am really just trying to make this easier for you because you are my bro and all!), you can just send me the diamond WB you posted for sale and we will call it even....OK? __________________ Michael

Super Geek "That Forum", what gives?

I am watching the DVR of last night's Philip show and I heard Shawn refer to our forum as "That Forum". I know I have been gone for a few days, but did ShopNBC change their position on talking about WatchGeeks on the air? I heard him refer to Christine (Slylcy) and Joey in this matter. Just curious!!!!! __________________ Look Up, Get Up, and Don't Ever Give Up

Shawn got pissed off about comments made about him in that thread not too long ago about

how he was mean to Jill...I doubt he will be around much any more. __________________ Michael
