invicta's CUSTOMER SERVICE

Recieved my San III LE 7750 back from invicta's infamous customer service and they lived up to there reputation... They had my watch for two and a half months went in for day/date and for winding issuses.... Opened the package and started to wind the watch and nothing happpened!!! The movement did not start... Called invicta and they said send it back; I told the cs agent that I was not a happy camper after they had my watch all that time and it comes back still not repaired.... Now I am out for another couple of months at least without that watch.... Why does invicta a company that big, not have a repair center here in the USA..???? __________________ Joe

Sorry to hear about your plight, truly. But, in general they are top notch these days .. call Rebecca and ask her if she can expedite it due to this happening .. good luck, MB mrblue View Public Profile Find all posts by mrblue Add mrblue to Your Contacts #3 Yesterday, 10:45 PM Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Ohio Posts: 1,669

take it locally and save yourself another headache. why should you have to pay to ship plus the $28 again. __________________ Did you see that? Do they all got hedges like that? Do they? MATTNATTI View Public Profile Find all posts by MATTNATTI Add MATTNATTI to Your Contacts #4 Yesterday, 10:53 PM

I agree, unless they they plan to expedite your repair and cover the shipping round trip this time. Talk to Rebecca as stated above, she's the right person to speak to. Good luck, hope everything works out for you. __________________

Joe, I would just take it to a trusted local jeweler and cut your losses. It may cost a few dollars more, but you'll at least know who is touching the watch and you'll have it back on your wrist in no time. Good Luck!!! __________________

Sorry to hear about your experience. Make sure they pay for the shipping from here out! I just got mine back, quartz diver lupah black MOP, and it is working fine. What bothers me is that there is no paperwork included with the watch stating what they did and especially no quality inspection showing that the watch was checked and is in working order. I think that should be required from any repair service. Sadly enough even when you sent an Omega in for service there is no paperwork when it is returned. So guess that's just wishful thinking on my part. Hope they fix it right this time. Good Luck! John jfwharton View Public Profile Visit jfwharton's homepage!

Why worry about a warranty repair if your watch will return after 3 months or so still broken??? Get a local watch repair person to take a look at it for you with a lot less stress and BS!!! __________________

Invicta CS sucks, and as many people have said, it will eventually be their ruin. Bad CS can only last so long for any company! I have a master watchmaker trained in Germany in my town. I'll be taking a couple of my Invictas to him! One that I sent back, and they did not repair it after three months, just sent it back to me. This was one of their made in USA watches from a few years back! I called Invicta, and they said they didn't have any parts to repair it, so they just sent it back to me with no note, nothing. drwatch View Public Profile Find all posts by drwatch Add drwatch to Your Contacts #14 Today, 01:41 AM Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 843

Some how in hearing all these strange stories about the poor repair at Invicta,I wonder if it is that they do not want to service the watches. Things just seem to be out of hand. I have found that the major players have US service facilities. rjones1994 View Public Profile Find all posts by rjones1994 Add rjones1994 to Your Contacts #17 Today, 02:55 AM

Between the wife & I we own 8 Invictas and we've never bought one that cost more than $115 & never will. We have had no problems so far but I'll not count on Invicta C.S. to do anything if anything goes wrong. What truely amazes me is why A.L. doesn't appear to care about this problem one little bit. Their poor CS with regards to repairs has been going on for who knows how long, and nothing is done to improve it. How can you send a watch back to a customer in the same condition it was sent to Invicta originally. And to make matters worse they charge you a second $28 for postage back to them. __________________
