Whats wrong with this picture? Love the watch though. Maryanne said she'd swap out the dial for free if I wanted but I thought I'd keep it!

Factory errors on trains (ie Lionel for example) deserve a premium and are quite desiralbe. I'm not sure if the same goes for watches though. That may drivesome people crazy while others would love to have it.Your choice. tednan@optonline.net View Public Profile Send a private message to tednan@optonline.net Find all posts by tednan@optonline.net Add tednan@optonline.net to Your Contacts #17 08-15-2010, 04:50 PM Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Northern New Jersey Posts: 9,784 Real Name: Joe M

The 'C' is probably floating around in the watch. I would send it back and have Marianne replace the dial and make sure it's cleaned. I would think the watch would be worth less if the dial is in this condition. I had the same issue with another watch brand and thought I would get used to it but ended up sending it in for the extra letter. It doesn't add any value to the watch, not like a coin with an abberation. In the long run you just end up focusing in on the missing letter. Good luck with the watch whatever you decide to do. __________________
