16 Days and no Refund from Invicta for the un-authorized charges I have been going back and forth with Invicta about the un-authorized charge to me account and I have posted about it here. On Sept 1st the deducted 112.00 from my debit card for a bracelet that I paid for already on the 17th of August. The deduction was made from my watch money account account which was low at the time and it caused a couple of other transactions to bounce resulting in 60.00 in OD charges. I spoke to them many times, had the bank fax them a copy of the statement and they refused to pay the overdraft charges. I last Spoke to them Tuesday (9/14) and they were "refunding my money right now" but not the OD charges I have been balls to the walls at work so I have not had time to follow up with Visa but checked the account to night and "NO REFUND" I'm beginning to suspect that either Invicta is having some financial difficulties or the have extremely incompetent people working in their accounting dept. And just because they sell a lot of watches doesn't mean they make a lot of money. Don't let that fool you. __________________ rbart

Ron I know that you're upset and with good reason I'd say - but is it really necessary to start a new thread every day? IHMO - it's very confusing and frankly a bit self-indulgent. __________________

I've had similar situations where the vendor says the bank is holding up the transaction and the bank says the vendor is holding it up. Sometimes the funds are actually back in your account but not yet available or showing up. Call the bank again and find out if the transaction is "being processed". If it is, then Invicta did there part and you need to have the bank release the money. I've had money that was indeed returned but tagged "in process" get released immediately by following this procedure. barnes View Public Profile Send a private message to barnes Send email to barnes Find all posts by barnes Add barnes to Your Contacts #5 Today, 08:09 PM rbart Senior Member Veteran Geek

IHMO - it's very confusing and frankly a bit self-indulgent. It the principle of the thing. As long as they want to screw me, I am going to keep reporting it. I hope everyone sees it. Its not the money my friend its they're **** poor attitude and un concern for a customer. The guy in their billing dept was so arrogant with me, it was like he was saying FU without actually saying it. That pissed me off! I don't care if it was 10.00, its not right and I want everyone to know about it.
