I have always said...

...one of Invictas best. 251.272. Dont know what assembly facility put them together. They did a very good job. Need to have good components to start with. The older SASs seems to have it all. Cheers Juice __________________

Thanks for the pix. __________________ Honey Badger Don't Care video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4r7wHMg5Yjg

I'm not claiming it's the same as a Breitling of course. Indeed, my statement should be taken with some tongue in cheek.

I've owned a couple of these with 251.272 and sapphire crystals and agree they are top shelf Invictas, but how how is it a Breitling killer? It's not in the same league. Not even the Valjoux 7750 SAS is in the same

league.

It's definitely a cool piece. I won't pile on about the "Breitling Killer" thing...... __________________ Time - the 4th dimension. A beautiful thing. Without it, everything would happen at once.

Id like to see Breitling take $400 and make a watch to the SAS standard. They could not do it. Doxa tried a low ender with the AQUAMAN and I think its cheap and not worth the $400 price. Rubber strap Rhonda 505, cheap looking dial and hands. I see better Invictas at less then $200. A $400 breitling would be the same, cheap, just paying for the name. Ill take the first gen Invicta SAS over the Aquaman and my conceptualized B-ling. Cheers Juice __________________

I would rather own 4 or 5 SAS's than a single Breitling all day long. I do actually have 4 SAS and they are fantastic watches. Enjoy yours! __________________ Patience is a virtue few WatchGeeks have...

When I say an Invicta Model X is a Rolex or Breitling killer, I don't mean you wear the Invicta and believe you have something equal to Rolex or Breitling. I mean you're satisfied that at a much lower price you have strong characteristics of your favorite watch and you have something of good quality, ie., something from the Reserve line, not some cheap imitation.

your still not making any sense. have.you don't have to bring breitling or rolex into the equation. __________________

Not to worry grass hopper. It's a great looking watch for way less than a bretling. Side note. I was in key west with SAS two tone blue dial n I had a guy next to me at tge pool with a 15k bretling on (the one with

the gps). He asked me about my SAS n was all over it to the point that he called shop n bought one while sitting with me __________________

With all due respect, Doxa doesn't exactly stack up to Breitling either.

Breitling killer
