Cabinet Door & Drawer Front Options (Chapter B) AS = These profile options are available on Adventure series doors. See Section B.7 for more information. For Stile and Rail Profile availability, see our website under Technical Information. The following mullion lite patterns are considered complex and require an alternative mullion molding be used with certain stile & rail profiles: LP105, LP111, LP112, LP114, LP125, LP130, LP132, LP142, LP151 (see Section B.12). The following stile & rail profiles would require use of the alternative mullion molding when paired with the afore mentioned complex lite patterns: SR192, SR196, SR197, SR199. • SR192 / #1966 uses #2587. • SR196 / #1304 uses #2925. • SR197 / #1305 uses #2672. • SR199 / #1307 uses #2642.

Convex / Concave Options (Chapter D) The C indicates profiles that are available for Convex/Concave Products. For additional ordering guidelines, see Chapter D. Profile Options (Chapter E) All Stile & Rail and Mullion Stock drawings are full scale. See Section E.11 for Old World mitered stile & rail profiles. This symbol indicates that a shelf applied molding can be used. See Section E.4 for more information. “Old World” Center Panels grow to the face and some profiles do not look as good as others with this type of construction. The ‟Old World” Center Panel profiles found in Section E.14 are for use when ordering ‟Old World” style doors and drawer fronts. See page A.4.4 for typical construction of a 1" [25.4mm] thick ‟Old World” door. Center panel reveals may change when ordering a ¾" [19.1mm] thickness, which could affect minimum size requirements. See the chart referencing Center Panel Reveals on our website under Technical Information. Frame GRF profiles will accept ⅛" [3.2mm] glass if using rubber retainer. To order, mark the box (X) for Frame Only or indicate the Mullion Lite Pattern (ie: 2 x 3) or LP Option (ie: LP105) in the box provided on your Order Form. For mullions, denote the # of Lites and whether they are Standard (S) or True Lite (TL). • True Lites are 2-piece construction. X

Material Options Old World doors and drawer fronts are only available in solid wood or hybrid material. Not available as a 5-piece MDF door or drawer front. SW = Profile is available on products made from solid wood. Notes Continued on Next Page...

Profile Options

Sizes / Dimensions Old World Stile & Rail Profiles are available in 1" [25.4mm], 1⅛" [28.6mm] and 1¼" [31.8mm] thicknesses. Outside Edge and Stile /Rail Profile dimensions for 1⅛" [28.6mm] and 1¼" [31.8mm] thicknesses are the same as those of our 1" [25.4mm] thick “Old World” door construction. • Additional thickness for the 1⅛" [28.6mm] and 1¼" [31.8mm] “Old World” door construction is added to the back side of the stile/rail. Old World stile and rail dimensions are 3" [76.2mm] wide. Stiles or rails that are greater or less than 3" [76.2mm] may be subject to Non-Standard Part Size charges. Please see Section A.5 for more information on Non-Standard Part Sizes. The minimum width for an outside stile or rail dimension is 1¼" [31.8mm]. A 1¾" [44.5mm] minimum is required for hinge boring (Section F.1) and for a center rail or center stile. The minimum distance for the flat surface between the stile and rail profile and the outside edge profile is 3/16" [4.8mm], this factor may also affect the minimum size required for hinge boring. Please refer to our website to reference the Stile & Rail Dimension and Outside Edge Profile charts to determine the minimum stile and rail size using this formula: Stile/Rail Profile Width + 3/16" [4.8mm] Flat Surface + Outside Edge Profile Width = Minimum Stile/Rail Width. The minimum visual length for a top or bottom rail and a center stile or rail is 2⅛" [54mm].
