Competing for Championship Belts The Commodore winter training program is culminated by an “Iron Man� competition and the awarding of gold championship belts for team and position winners. Among the 2009 recipients were fullback/H-back Ryan van Rensburg and defensive tackle Adam Smotherman. The gold belts, shown above, were donated by former Commodore quarterback and strength All-American Jay Cutler.
