Assignment: Management of Marina Pacifica, a retail power center in Long Beach, Calif. SF: 292,154

Assignment: Full service property management of Bear Creek Village, a grocery-anchored community shopping center in Redmond, WA. SF: 175,066

Key Tenants: Best Buy, Loehmanns, Ralphs, AMC Theaters, Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Sports Authority, Pier 1 Imports, Walgreens

Tenants: Safeway, Starbucks, Rite Aid, DSW, Panera Bread, Lane Bryant, Vitamin Shoppe

Key Initiatives: With a limited budget we developed an action plan of immediate fixes to make the most impact on the property. The plan and property updates were completed within 60 days of receiving the assignment.

Key Initiatives: Colliers put a management team in place to improve on the market position of the shopping center. The team utilized our self-hosting Yardi accounting platform to develop accurate and timely financial reports.
