Meeniyan is a charming town located in the South Gippsland region of Victoria, almost two hours south-east of Docklands Known for its picturesque landscapes and friendly community, Meeniyan has a unique attraction that sets it apart - the OG Chilli
Short for Original Gippsland Chilli, the OG Chilli is a fiery delight synonymous with Meeniyan thanks to local farmer Johnson’s discovery of a rare and potent chilli variety in his backyard Intrigued by its intense heat and distinct flavour, he cultivated it - and a little really goes a long way The OG can be used in a variety of dishes, from sizzling hot sauces to mouth-watering marinades The locals have even developed unique recipes such as OG chilli-infused ice cream and OG chilli chocolate for a unique spicy charm.
Meeniyan is also infamous for its Garlic Festival, and its locally made garlic ice cream is a treat for the adventurous.
When there’s tea, there’s hope. Join in the happiness of tradition and raise a cuppa to a great cause with Yarra Point’s Biggest Morning Tea - and save lives one cup of tea at a time.

Let's be reasonable about our expectations with Concierge and parcel collections or accepting deliveries Awkward parcels or 50+kg deliveries should be hand delivered: we can’t expect a Lounge or King Bed (or similar) to be delivered and have Concierge accept it for you
Housekeeping: Don’t throw cigarette butts over the balcony, not in car parks, in front of our building - not anywhere
Remember ANZAC Day 25 April, the National Day of commemoration of Australian and New Zealand for victims of war and for recognition of the role of their armed forces Lest we forget.
