Educational toy fischertechnik is an educational toy made in Germany, produced at the Waldachtal site in the Black Forest. All construction sets are ideal for use in combination with each other. The fun of playing starts at the age of five with fischertechnik. The red junior line provides the first experience with technology and the way it functions. The motto is learning by playing and building with fast success.

Seven-year olds develop their knowledge and capabilities with the blue line. The models are not only realistic and understandable in their function, but really robust in construction and for playing.

The black line, which starts at 8 years of age, offers the technicians of tomorrow design construction sets that are very close to reality. Subjects such as mechanics, statics, pneumatics, electrical technology or regene-rative energies guarantee outstanding experiences in the world of technology.

â&#x20AC;˘ Wie weit er von unten nach oben fährt, steuerst Du Ăźber die Zeit, während der der Motor eingeschaltet ist. â&#x20AC;˘ Auch wenn Du das bestimmt auch ohne Hilfe schaffst, fĂźr alle Fälle haben wir wieder einen LĂśsungsvorschlag:

â&#x20AC;˘ Danach wartest Du eine Sekunde, damit der Fototransistor Zeit hat, auf das Licht zu reagieren. Erst dann funktioniert die Lichtschranke richtig. â&#x20AC;˘ Dann fragst Du den Fototransistor am Eingang I1 ab. Ist der Wert â&#x20AC;&#x17E;1â&#x20AC;&#x153; (Lichtschranke nicht unterbrochen), soll der Eingang in einer Schleife dauernd abgefragt werden. â&#x20AC;˘ Sobald der Wert â&#x20AC;&#x17E;0â&#x20AC;&#x153; wird (Lichtschranke unterbrochen), schaltest Du den Motor M1 ein und nach 5 Sekunden wieder aus.

Bevor Du Dich an die nächsten Programmieraufgaben wagst, solltest Du wieder die ROBO Pro Onlinehilfe Üffnen. Arbeite dort das Kapitel 5 sorgfältig durch. Schalte in ROBO Pro auf Level 3 um. Langsam werden die Programmieraufgaben etwas anspruchsvoller. Wir verwenden Analogeingänge, Bedienelemente, Operatoren und Variablen. Aber wenn Du die ROBO Pro Onlinehilfe aufmerksam liest, wird es Dir später leicht fallen damit umzugehen.

Der Händetrockner

â&#x20AC;˘ Programmiere den Aufzug so, dass er zu Beginn nach unten in seine Ausgangsposition fährt. In dieser Position ist die Lichtschranke an I3 unterbrochen. Der Aufzug soll, wenn einer der beiden Taster gedrĂźckt wird (I1 im Erdgeschoss oder I2 im ersten Stock) jeweils in das andere Stockwerk fahren.

Aufgabe 1: â&#x20AC;˘ Der Händetrockner soll nun so programmiert werden, dass, sobald die Lichtschranke unterbrochen wird, der LĂźfter ein- und nach 5 Sekunden wieder ausgeschaltet wird.

Der Aufzug Dein Nachbar hat in seiner Werkstatt einen Lastenaufzug eingebaut, damit er seine schweren Behälter nicht mehr die Treppe hinauf in den ersten Stock tragen muss. Jetzt benÜtigt er nur noch eine Steuerung, die Du natßrlich gerne fßr ihn programmierst.

Nachdem Du die Kapitel 3 und 4 der ROBO Pro Onlinehilfe durchgelesen hast, kannst du jetzt schon einige Modelle des Baukastens programmieren. Deshalb wollen wir auch sofort loslegen. Immer, wenn Du ein Modell fertig gebaut und verkabelt hast, prßfe mit Hilfe des Interface-Tests, ob am ROBO TX Controller alle Aus- und Eingänge richtig angeschlossen sind und die Sensoren, Motoren und Lampen richtig funktionieren.

Computing Starter Aktoren und Sensoren

Folgende Aktoren und Sensoren befinden sich in dem Baukasten: Hallo PC-Freak und fischertechnik-Fan. Herzlich willkommen in unserer â&#x20AC;&#x17E;Computing-Weltâ&#x20AC;&#x153;. Unter dem Begriff â&#x20AC;&#x17E;Computingâ&#x20AC;&#x153; verstehen wir bei fischertechnik das Programmieren und Steuern von Modellen Ăźber den PC. Der Baukasten Computing Starter bildet den optimalen Einstieg in dieses Thema. Du kannst 8 verschiedene Modelle, vom Händetrockner Ăźber eine Parkhausschranke bis hin zum SchweiĂ&#x;roboter, mit Hilfe der Bauanleitung in kĂźrzester Zeit aufbauen. Ă&#x153;ber das Interface, z. B. ROBO Interface Art.-Nr. 93293 verbindest du die Modelle mit dem PC. SchlieĂ&#x;lich programmierst du die Modelle schnell und einfach mit der grafischen Programmiersoftware ROBO Pro. Die folgende EinfĂźhrung soll dir helfen, dich in der Computing-Welt schnell zurecht zu finden. Sie zeigt dir zunächst, wie du am Anfang vorgehen solltest und was du nacheinander tun musst. Fototransistor

Motor

Man bezeichnet den Fototransistor auch als â&#x20AC;&#x17E;Helligkeitssensorâ&#x20AC;&#x153;. Das ist ein â&#x20AC;&#x17E;FĂźhlerâ&#x20AC;&#x153;, der auf Helligkeit reagiert. Er bildet bei einer Lichtschranke das GegenstĂźck zur Linsenlampe. Bei groĂ&#x;er Helligkeit, also wenn der Transistor von der Linsenlampe angestrahlt wird, leitet er Strom. Dieser Motor treibt die fischertechnik Modelle an. Er wird mit einer Spannung von 9 Volt DC (Gleichspannung) betrieben. Die maximale Leistung liegt bei ca. 1,1 Watt bei einer Drehzahl von 7000 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Getriebe: Auf den Motor wird ein Getriebe gesteckt, das die Drehzahl heruntersetzt.

Taster Die Untersetzung beträgt einschlieĂ&#x;lich der Motorschnecke und dem Zahnrad mit der Abtriebswelle 64, 8:1. Der Taster wird auch BerĂźhrungssensor genannt. Beim Betätigen des roten Knopfes wird mechanisch ein Schalter umgelegt, es flieĂ&#x;t Strom zwischen den Kontakten 1 (mittlerer Kontakt) und 3. Gleichzeitig wird der Kontakt zwischen den AnschlĂźssen 1 und 2 unterbrochen. So kannst du den Taster auf zwei verschiedene Arten verwenden:
