! INGREDIENTS:! ! 200g! ! Cooked!white!fleshed!fish! 3!stalks! ! Coriander,!chopped! ½!! ! potato! TT! ! salt!and!pepper! TT! ! lemon!zests! TT! ! ginger! TT! ! chilli! TT! ! sesame!oil! Breadcrumbs,!to!bind! ! For!crumbing:! Egg! Flour! Breadcrumbs!! Oil!for!frying!! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

METHOD:! ! 1. Place!all!of!the!above! ingredients!in!a!medium! mixing!bowl!and!mix!well! to!combine,!shape!into! desired!size.! 2. Once!they!have!been! formed!allow!them!to!cool! down!completely!in!the! freezer,!when!they!are!firm! enough!to!handle,!remove! from!the!freezer!and! crumb!them.!! 3. To!crumb;!place!the! fishcake!in!the!flour!then! the!egg!and!lastly!the! breadcrumbs.!! 4. Heat!up!a!nonKstick! panwith!some!sunflower! oil,!once!the!oil!is!hot!fry! the!fishcakes!until!golden! brown.!Serve!with!tartar! sauce!and!a!side!salad!of! your!choice.!!
