This is the latest update in a series designed to inform stakeholders of the progress toward mental health legislative reform in Victoria. The Bulletin is issued bi-monthly and is available on the Reform of the Mental Health Act website: www.health.vic.gov.au/mentalhealth/mhactreform. Then click on the 'latest news' link on the left hand side of the page. Additionally, on 10 July 2013, the Minister for Mental Health, Hon Mary Wooldridge MP, also provided an update on the progress and actions taken to reform Victoria’s mental health legislation. This was the first in a series of communiqués targeted at consumers, carers, and the mental health workforce and service providers. The Ministerial Communiqué is also available on the Reform of the Mental Health Act website.
