Going gluten-free is easier than ever!

According to the Canadian Celiac Association, one in 133 Canadians has celiac disease, and as many as 5 million Canadians have some sensitivity to gluten. The latter group includes those with autism, ADHD, chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn’s disease, colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other food-related allergies and sensitivities. What is gluten?
