Bakery and Other Food Products One of the biggest bread manufacturers in Singapore, Sunshine Bakeries is Asia’s first bakery to be awarded three prestigious awards: ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environmental friendliness and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) for food hygiene and safety. Using modern technology and equipment and the finest ingredients, Sunshine Bakeries bakes fresh and great tasting bread every day for house brands, Sunshine and Top-One. The factory also produces a wide range of delicious buns, cream rolls and frozen food products including garlic bread and pastry products.


Spreads and Margarine The Group manufactures an array of spread and margarine products under the Buttercup label. Beyond the Buttercup label, it also markets and distributes a popular proprietary leading product – SCS butter.

The Group first came into the food and beverage (F&B) retail business, managing and operating food courts with themed concepts, serving a mix of local fare and international cuisine. Since then, the Group has moved into new F&B concepts and restaurant business.


Food Junction A food court management specialist, Food Junction manages the daily operational aspects of its 17 food courts and 56 food stalls. In terms of business model, Food Junction takes a portion of each tenant’s proceeds instead of charging fixed rentals. This risks and rewards sharing scheme assures the tenants that Food Junction shares the same level of commitment as them. Through its expert handling of the marketing and development aspects of the food courts, like the food and tenant mix, the 200 over tenants who operate within the food courts have grown and expanded together with Food Junction.

DElifrance A familiar brand to many in the region, Délifrance currently operates three retail concepts, namely Bistro Délifrance, Délifrance Café and Délifrance Bakery or Bake-off kiosks (including Bakery Express Corners at petrol stations and selected supermarkets). Each retail concept aims to serve the different needs of its customers:

• Délifrance Café is a café bakery offering a self-serve menu of Délifrance signature sandwiches and premium French bakery products including a hot meal selection, as well as a self-serve bakery section.


• Délifrance Bake-Off outlets offer a variety of fresh bakery products ranging from signature sandwiches, feuilletes, vennoiseries and madeleines on a daily basis.

• Bistro Délifrance is a casual dining full service concept serving a wide variety of French gourmet hot meals, signature sandwiches and desserts, throughout the day.

Today, Délifrance has grown from strength to strength with more than 230 outlets in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, China (Shanghai), Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Brunei, Sabah and Sarawak. It also holds exclusive rights to own, operate and franchise outlets under the Délifrance trademark in many more countries.

Malone’s Malone’s American Café is among one of the first foreign bars in modern Shanghai. Serving both local and expatriate customers cold beer and tasty food, it operates two restaurants in Shanghai, namely one selfoperated outlet for the last 14 years in Tong Ren Road, Puxi and one licensed outlet in April 2008 at Thumb Plaza, Pudong. In a city that sees restaurants, bars and clubs open and fold almost everyday, our 14-year-old record is unheard of in Shanghai’s foreign-owned dining community.

Tetsu Tetsu is the first in Singapore to offer a Tempura and Tonkatsu menu under one roof and to present Tempura & Tonkatsu in Kushi style (on skewer).
