Prologue The Vice-Ministry of Tourism of Peru presents this guidance material for the traveler who wishes to visit our country. This guide contains information regarding the requirements, recommendations and procedures that must be taken into account before arriving, during the stay, and upon exiting the Peruvian territory. This basic information document has been prepared taking into consideration the importance of welcoming tourists from Peruvian official institutions and all the institutions involved in tourist activities, with the aim of making the stay of whoever visits our country and whoever may wish to travel across its main tourist attractions easier and better.
