The Regency Restaurant is the oldest seafood restaurant on Brighton seafront. Situated directly opposite the i360 and the original West Pier, The Regency is something of a local landmark that has graced the Brighton promenade for over two centuries. Its 131 King’s Road address is historic, having formerly been the palatial seafront home of Thomas Coutts, the founder of Coutts Bank. It was built for his wife, Harriet, to enjoy her favourite dish of King Prawns whilst looking out to sea. It was converted into a restaurant in the early 1930’s, but still maintains all of its original features as chosen by Harriet Coutts. Boasting spectacular views of the English Channel; here is a bustling and historic restaurant where you can experience the exquisite flavours of our delicious, locally-caught fresh fish, lobster, oysters

The Regency Restaurant 131 Kings Road, Brighton BN1 2HH Tel:01273 325014 www.theregencyresta

Small batch, award-winning Brighton Gin is made from 100% organic grain spirit, juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally-grown coriander seed and forgiving milk thistle. Each bottle is filled, labelled and wax sealed by hand in a small distillery just across the road from the sea by a small gin-loving team led by master distiller Kathy Caton. Mellow enough to be sipped neat over ice, Brighton Gin is particularly delicious as part of a classic G&T with a slice of orange. Or why not try the locals favourite, a Brighton Gin Rocktail - with tonic, ice and a chunk of Brighton rock. You’ll find us in top bars all over the city such as The Office, Wagon & Horses, Ten Green Bottles, and the bar at The Grand. Alternatively, you can pick up souvenir bottles at TwentyOne Wines, Trafalgar Wines, and Hisbe to name a few, or from brightongin.com where you can also find more details of our stockists.
