Volunteer organization, driven by youth and young professionals We work with underprivileged young people, teachers, and others in developing countries toward enabling them to become self-sufficient, leadership-oriented, healthy, and capable of participating in a global economy. Visions has operated in Sri Lanka (since 2003) and India (since 2008).

Kalagam Visions Learning Centre (KVLC)
The KVLC is a 5-story learning center being built in Colombo in partnership with Saiva Mangaiyar Kalagam. The facility will ease overcrowding at the attached all-girls school and provide supplementary education & extracurricular activities. In the long-term, it will also serve as a training facility that will benefit other teachers, students, local partners, and more.
Scholarship Program Visions’ local partners help identify students in need of scholarships. Support is provided in a number of ways School tuition Vocational fees Room and board for residential students Transportation fees
Teacher Support Program Visions coordinates and organizes teacher training programs by connecting experts in a particular subject to a group of teachers in needs of additional support. Some of the types of training include:
