YOUR CAREER VEA places a high priority on individual and organizational performance and the development of staff. Our Professional Development Framework supports all part-time and full-time staff to develop to their full potential to achieve personal and professional goals, which are congruent with the strategic and operational objectives of VEA. We implore you to improve your performance and increase your skills, which are valuable for your career. We provide professional development training and will contribute up to $3,000 towards your degree/ certification per year (up to $1,200/semester reimbursed for grades A or B or pass/fail on preapproved coursework/certifications).*
Recognition Because we value our employees, we have developed new and creative ways to reward YOU for your service through our employee recognition program. At a minimum, we reward
our employees and teams who uphold our core values. We have informal recognition through peer-to-peer recognition/bonuses and formal recognition awards for high performers.
YOUR PAY There are two types of bonus plans that are provided to employees:
Performance Bonus If an employee’s performance increases the company profits within the year, they are eligible for a performance bonus.
Referral Bonus If an employee refers a colleague or family member that is hired by VEA, they will receive a bonus.
401(k) Savings Plan We provide our employees with the option of saving for their retirement with 4% matching.
