“The Virginia 10 Miler is my favorite race of the year. Since first running it in 2011, I come back each year and can't wait

to be back this year! Besides getting challenged on the

'nice' hilly course, you will meet and be welcomed by great people, which for me feels like they are my family. I

Dear Elite Runner,

Lynchburg on September 24, 2016. I can assure you that you will enjoy the event and that you will be treated as a top-level runner. As an elite runner, you will receive free entry, lodging with a host, a travel allowance (in many cases), and the opportunity to compete for prize money.

Justyna Mudy-Mader [Former National champion at Shorter College. Best 10 Miler was 58:11 in 2011. A native of Poland, she currently resides in Huntsville, AL and has a marathon PR of 2:42.]

The 10 Miler has a rich tradition of world and US elite runners competing against one another. Olympians, Gold Medalists and world record holders are amongst the elite athletes who have charged up Farm Basket hill to the finish. Many who run the 10 Miler run outstanding times in fall marathons, so I invite you to come and create new race history. If you are interested or have questions, please contact me.
