CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATING CLASS OF20! P (204) 748 2454 E firstname.lastname@example.org
Congratulations on your successful high school completion and graduation celebration. I know that your grad day may not be quite what you thought it would be but I’m hopeful you will have a true celebration and make many positive memories. We are living through an unprecedented time together that will no doubt be referenced by politicians and historians for years to come. That sounds glamorous to some but in reality, it has been anything but, and especially so for the Grads of 2020. However, you should be doubly proud that not only have you completed high school, but you did so under difficult circumstances. You faced unknown challenges and have been resilient enough to make it through. Be proud knowing that if you can overcome a global challenge such as a pandemic, you can overcome anything! We may not be able to predict what lies ahead but think of it as an adventure. As Dr. Seuss
said, “Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don’t and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised that it would be worth it.” You have been an important member of your school and Southwest Horizon School Division and I thank you for all of your contributions. I hope you know that the adults in your life have learned as much from you as you have from them You have made us better people and it is our hope that we have enriched your life as well. Stay safe, be well, and live your best adventure I look forward to hearing of your many accomplishments in the years to come. Best Wishes and Congratulations! Carolyn Cory, Superintendent, Southwest Horizon School Division
