October 2017 Noggin Display Last month’s Noggin Display was Motor Cycles & Mopeds under restoration or to be restored.

Thank you to the following members for displaying their motor cycles/ mopeds especially Owen & Martin Gent who brought along boxes of bits and pieces to assemble and Barry Hay, for his nice 1918 Harley Davidson.

At one stage during the evening, it was brought to my attention, that the partly restored M/Cs etc. had a large gathering of spectators around them, more than at some other displays, creating a lot of interest.

November: One Make Car Club Winner. Cortina ( Swap Meet.)

December: Motorcycles from the M/C Annual Rally.

February: Winners from the Women Drivers Rally. (They have been contacted) If there are any members that have a collection of pedal cars, or a pedal car, that could be used as either a full or part Noggin Display in the future (it would be in middle of next year) please contact me. I would also like to include scaled down children’s vintage cars etc. made by a clever Dad, or Grandad for their children or grandchild, either powered or pedal power.
