L’ATTESA

Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda Doc It is the Oltrepò Valley wine, originated mostly (90% at least) from Croatina grape, locally called Bonarda, toghether with other red grapes (barbera & ughetta). The sugar content varies between 21 - 22%. GRAPE: Croatina ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 12,5 % COLOUR: intense rubin red with yellow-crowned glares. AROMA/BOUQUET: red fruits an nuts scents combined with spicy notes. TASTE: complex and balanced taste wih a great structure. RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 16° - 18°C. FOOD COMBINATION: ideal with red meats, fowl and cured cheeses. Aging this wine in barrells during 12 months at least, those roughness typical from Croatina’s tannins are rounded. The unfiltered wine acquires then an armonically complez taste... from this the name «l’attesa» (the wait). Awarded as best Bonarda wine at the wine prize Talento d’oro 2006.

LA BOTTAIA

Oltrepò Pavese Pinot Nero Doc Wine obtained from the late wine making in red of the Piont Noir low production grapes. The sugar content varies between 21 - 22%. GRAPE: Pinot Noir ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 12,5 % COLOUR: clear rubin red. AROMA/BOUQUET: complex and lasting bouquets with fine red fruit ans spicy vanilla notes. TASTE: soft balances and lasting taste. RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 16° - 18°C. FOOD COMBINATION: strong main courses and sheep meets. Non filtered wine, as all our aged wines, aging in barrells during six months, it gives at its best the flower characterisitcs lasting for years. Awarded as best Pinot Noir wine at the wine prize Talento d’oro 2006.

LE DOGHE

Oltrepò Pavese Chardonnay Doc It has an early ripening and is harvested around the first half of september. The sugar content varies between 20 - 22%. GRAPE: CHardonnay ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 11,5 % COLOUR: straw yellow. AROMA/BOUQUET: flower and fruit scents bouquet with a vanilla ending. TASTE: fresh and velvety taste. RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 10° - 13°C. FOOD COMBINATION: light courses, baked fish, white meats and poultry. Chardonnay is the white wine which betters combines with the barrell’s wood, obtaining an impressive bouquet and taste’s armony. That’s why Vinicola Broni chose this as the white grape for aging in barrells, unique production of the region.

IL CASCINALE Brut Cava

This cava Brut , obtained by the soft squeezing of Oltrepò’s best Pinot Noir grapes white wine made,is a «sparkled» wine with classic method (Champenoise) with a bottle low fermentation and aged for about two years. GRAPE: Pinot Noir ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 11,5 % COLOUR: straw yellow wih greenish glares, fine and lasting perlage. AROMA/BOUQUET: delicate bouquet with a bread crust scent. TASTE: dry and armonic taste. RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 6° - 7°C. FOOD COMBINATION: seafood, cheeses and appetizers. The characteristics of Oltpò’s Piont Noir grapes white wine made, the cellar aging at controlled temperature and pressure and the final addition of our liqueur de tirage make the unicity of our Chamenoise.
