andy Springs is a demographically-diverse community covering a 38-square-mile area in North Fulton. It is the second-largest city in the metropolitan area and the sixthlargest city in Georgia with a population of 93,853. A drive through the city’s many established neighborhoods reveals a traditional Southern charm.
