Time to Come Alive In an age of infinite online inspiration, it can feel like we have everything at our fingertips without anything to actually connect to. A scroll, a search, a save for later – the things we reach for in the name of convenience, but that take away the joy of experiencing life in real time.

As we step into Spring, the most sensorial of seasons, this issue is a gentle reminder that true inspiration doesn’t just live on a screen – it can be found in the crunch of a fresh salad at your favourite café or the book you heard about and grabbed eagerly with both hands. Moments of touch and taste. Throughout the following pages, we’ve celebrated this connection to the people, places and conversations that leave us feeling and looking our best. Step outside, come on in and get inspired.

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Photo Rejuvenation Sun damage, fine lines and uneven skin tone don’t have to be a permanent concern. IPL Photo Rejuvenation uses intense pulsed light to target water within the skin, triggering your body’s natural wound-healing responses.

This stimulates collagen and elastin production, helping to soften your skin's visible signs of aging while improving texture and tone.

Your No-Nonsense Guide to Lasers

This non-ablative treatment means there’s no damage to your skin’s surface, just a gentle encouragement for your skin to repair and rejuvenate itself from within.

Have you ever wondered about laser treatments but never quite understood what they actually do? You’re not alone. Not all lasers are created equal, with different wavelengths targeting different concerns. From skin to hair and beyond, the team at Real Skin & Laser Clinic helps to break it down.

Carbon Laser Facial A fan favourite for a reason, the carbon laser facial is an easy way to leave your skin visibly brighter and refreshed. A layer of liquid carbon is applied to the skin and as the laser passes over it, the carbon breaks down into tiny particles. These lift away impurities, oil and dead skin cells, revealing instant exfoliation and cleansing deeply. A perfect option before a big event, or even just as part of your regular skincare routine.

Laser Hair Reduction

“Laser treatments don’t have to be intimidating. With the right technology and expert guidance, they can become a simple and effective part of your skincare journey.” - Vivian Zhang, Real Skin and Laser Clinic. Level 1, Shop 31, 9446 1182

This mode of hair reduction is a safe, non-invasive treatment designed to permanently reduce unwanted hair growth over a series of treatments.

Using advanced Intense Pulsed Light (IPL technology), broad spectrum light energy is delivered into the hair follicle while protecting the surrounding skin from thermal damage. This advanced IPL system features Super Hair Removal (SHR), IPL and Dual Mode handpieces, allowing for effective treatment across a wide range of hair types.
