During the Nov. 3 presidential election, voters in Westchester will be deciding on more than candidates. They’ll also be asked to approve a referendum that would
generate up to $42 million in bonds to fund long overdue infrastructure improvements in the village. “The infrastructure and streets of the village are in need of some work,” said Westchester Village Manager Paul Nosek
