Coming out of Winter and heading into Spring we are typically faced with an influx of listings and buyers start to dust off the frost and start their property search. Recently, we have seen a substantial increase in the amount of first home buyers entering the market and there is still not enough listings for all of them. Example - we have just listed & placed 53 Elizabeth Street, Floraville under contract within 2 days on the market and for a result above the asking price after we had 20 groups inspect the home and multiple offers.
