Intelligent Reporting Intelligent Reporting is used by clients with specific performance measurement requirements which are not being met by their current solutions.

Intelligent Reporting can be done through and In-House Reporting interface or as a Software As A Service (SaaS) solution. Data is collected from various sources onto the Reporting servers where reports are collated and displayed upon request. Vigilmetrics Intelligent Reporting is the solution for clients who have specific performance measurement requirements which are not being met in any of their current products. This is the most flexible solution imaginable as it allows clients to dictate their demands – as numerous or as simple as they may be! Our solution will turn your blank canvas into a variety of:     

Data Manager Data Manager is a powerful tool built to collect all business and channel information from any and multiple source location(s).

Once the data has been received it is compressed, optimised, encrypted and undergoes integrity testing before storing in either a client or Vigilmetrics (SaaS) data warehouse. Data collected can be sanitised for further use in performance reporting – whether this is one of the Vigilmetrics solutions or an existing system a client has. The advantages you will enjoy by using Data Manager are:       

Data collection is possible from multiple locations. There are no restrictions in platforms or formats from which data can be collected. Data once received can be sanitised or altered to fit the format required for eventual performance reporting. Part of this process can be compression, filtering and categorising of data. Data collection can be scheduled at the most convenient times when no unnecessary load is placed upon the crucial business infrastructure during the work day. Built-in intelligence to know when data is complete and for how long it should try to gather missing pieces. Ideal ETL and data gathering tool to compliment any existing data warehouse systems you have in place. Vigilmetrics or any other performance reporting tool can be integrated with Data Manager to present reports to business.

Channel Insight Channel Insight reporting is a ready to implement, end-to-end solution for marketing channels. These solutions are available in Single Channel, Clustered Channels and Cross Channel.

Information from digital and traditional channels is gathered and goes through the Vigilmetrics vetting processes before being made available to clients. It takes them from channel activity, and data gathering to single and cross channel analysis and channel measurement insight. Spreadsheet Reporting Spreadsheet Reporting is widely used by clients who have a myriad of performance spreadsheets they updated on a regular basis. Spreadsheet Reporting collates information gathered from various spreadsheets and presents improved reporting with integrity.

While they may be constantly encouraged to pursue good data governance and stick to a source or centralised system, the temptation is too great for users to turn to the simplicity and manageability of spreadsheets. The Spreadsheet Reporting tool allows you to turn these manually, and sometimes quite complex spreadsheets into simple, flexible and effortless Intelligent Reporting! Spreadsheet Reporting will formalise your spreadsheet data and improve your reporting integrity. Digital (Single) Channel Digital (Single) Channel reporting is for clients who view these channels as Single Channel, Clustered Channels and Cross Channel.

The Digital (Single) Channel comprises of Web, Email, Ecommerce, Stream, Kiosks, SMS and the fast expanding Social Media outlets. Vigilmetrics Digital (Single) Channel analytics provides clients with performance reports on any channel which they measure in the form of scorecards, dashboards and performance reporting with KPI's and granular detail level drill-down reports.
