for the sine lift Sine lift = is a special operation technique to thicken the osseous maxillary sinus ground. Important! This is exclusive for the maxilla front tooth area. Indications In consequence of the expansion of the aerial-full maxillary sinus in the molar range of the maxilla and after long-time absence of teeth in all sections of the jaw (jaw-bone atrophy!) the existing bone do not suffice for the implant.

The vertical osseous height is too minor so that the inserted implant would extend into the maxillary sinus. In these cases the implant camp must be increased! Advice! Only in the mandible front tooth area is always enough bone available for the implants. Technology and instruments
