Calendar - Week at a Glance

Do others see Jesus in you? I’m grateful, of course, for those who took the time and effort to teach me God’s Word and the Gospel. However, I’m especially thankful for those Christians in my life who model it for me in their everyday lives. I’m talking about people like Jerry Pickard, Josh Slocum, and Bobby Carpenter. I’m sure you can fill in the blank in your own experience: I’ve see Jesus in ___________. Whomever you wrote in, be sure to thank them and pray for them. Also, when I consider the three names I listed above as examples, they all have completely different personalities and interests, and they look nothing alike on the outside. But inside, you can see it in their eyes, there’s a spark, a fire even, that’s lit and fueled by the Lord Jesus Christ. People — your family, friends, co-workers, fellow students, whomever — are longing deep down to see Jesus in your life. Do others see Jesus in you?
