-Exercise the combined use of markers+pastel+pencil+gouache. -Color Studeies with different color schemes (purple and blue hues and black & white); experience and satisfaction. -Bring in the element of Photoshop to add lighting accents.
Architecural & FF&E Finish Board:
-Observe layout rules and visual styles. -Collection of sample materials from various sources. -Displaying themes and focus; balance of materials and colors.
Design Approach:
-To depict a high end lounge on an upper level of a Downtown Chicago hotel, looking out to the sky line while being served a cocktail. -Earthy tones and dark finishes, brought a masculine yet luxurious feel to the space. A place where both women and men can enjoy good company and good drinks all while either seated and the granite counterop bar or relaxing in the green suede high back seats.
