con tact ing me I hold office hours Monday 10 A.M to 5:00 PM Central European Time and Tuesday through Friday 4:00 P.M. to 11 P.M. Central European Time and the only way to reach me is by e-mail or scheduling a call through the scheduler listed on our site. The biggest bulk of what I will be doing for you will be done during the first half of the week (Monday-Wednesday). I check in with all of my clients on Friday when we send you your site. Feel free to e-mail us anytime before that and we will make sure that we get back to you. During our project, the majority of our communication will be through Client Portal. This will help both me and you keep all the details of your project in one place. Don’t know what Client Portal is? Do not worry we will walk you through it in the next pages. If you ever have a question or need to message me please reply to a message previously sent to you and this will keep it within your Client Portal---I love e-mails, but I want to make SURE all your questions can be found in one place. This way we stay organized which means more time working on your business and less time sorting through e-mails. All communication can be expected to be answered with 48 hours. This is also what we ask of our clients in order to keep from processing times to be slowed down. Of course excepetions can always be made, but doing these things keep my designing flow frombeing interrupted, and allows for me to better serve you.

process STEP 1: THE BEGINNING Our house will be our Client Portal. This will be where all of the necessary details and documents are for us to get started. You will have a custom password and a custom link (but if you ever forget it you can access it through our homepage). From everything from the process to referrals- the Client Portal will cover everything. This is the stage where you will also be provided our contract, invoice for the initial 50% deposit, and can set up your design date. We scheule all website design clients three to four weeks out. STEP 2: TIME TO GET VISUAL The creative juices are flowing. This is the stage in which I’ll send through questionnaires and invite you to shoot through any content or ideas that you have or would like to use. All content will need to be prepared before we start designing your oh so beautiful website. We’ll set up our own exclusive secret Pintrest dream board for you to add all your #insponeeds, and get visual with our goals. All of our work files will be kept nice and organized (making your life easier) with our foundations and preliminary works done our project laid out and set up our project management systems: Dubsado and Dropbox. STEP 3: MAGICAL This is where your vision comes to life. It’s what you’ve been waiting for. On the first Monday of your booking we will give you a call and hash out all those pesky little details. We will go through your special requests, determine what we need in a template and pick out your template, go through your #inspo, through the websites you’ve listed and the Pintrest board we have created. We will design elements for your site to precision and ensure that not only are they fueled to grab some crazy attention but is something that you absolutely love. This is a collaborative process because

we want to show as much of your unique personality as possible! Drafts, reviews and feedback are constantly being updated through Dubsado. Once we get the thumbs up on the style and feel we’ve got we’ll start designing your website. STEP 4: WE GET WEBBY We’re almost ready for the world to see --- it’s the final stretch! Your website is such an important part of your brand and we are dedicated to making it perfect and everything that you have envisioned it to be. We will design the layout on the backend to make it not only easy for you to proof and revise but to also use upon completion, then all the content will be added and buttons connected and bipity bobity boop we’re done with the biggest step. By our first Friday we’ll give you a link to your website so that you can provide us with a detailed list of any edits you may desire. Revise to your hearts desire up until the last Thursday of the project because we will make your website into a dream come true. There is no reason to worry if you aren’t #techsavy, we still have our consult session on launch day and workbook tailored to your website, so that you know how to do any updates in the future. Any collateral items that are included in your package will be designed and proofed during the second week. STEP 5:3, 2, 1 BLAST OFF It’s time to launch ---pop that bubbly! We go live with your website and you get to see the difference that I can make to help your brand. We’ll give you a training session and even give you a workbook tailored to your personal website, so that you know how to do any updates in the future. You will be given an exit questionnaire and your final 50% balance is due on launch day. Pop that bubbly and do a happy dance ---you have just made an incredible step forward in your business and reaching the customers or clients that you want. Go be a #badassgirlboss.

YOUR IMPORTANT STEP A lot of thought and effort goes into making a wbsite physically and getting it ready for viewers is no different. When we build a website for our clients we want their audience to know EXACTLY who you are what you stand for. Design is a huge part of doing this but it is only some of the equation. Content is just as important as the design itself. The content itself tells your story just as much as your website design. Where do you want this picture to go, how do you want this item to interact with other items on the page, what do you want to say. Because we understand that this takes time and that you are a busy girl boss we want to be as efficient as possible in getting your website out into the world. Two weeks is not a lot of time when it comes to building a website, especially when you think about revisional period. Many designers will give you a limit on how many revisions that they will do but we do not. We believe in your vision and we believe in you. This means changing as much as neccessary to make your dream come true website. How we feel about something can change in a couple days and this is why we give you a week purely for revisions. We want you to absoulutely love your website just as much as you love your company. As long as your final revision is before the second Friday when your remaining invoice is paid, and we have our wak through we will revise until your heart is content. We only take on one big client at a time so that we can make sure that you have our full attention.

Contracts CONTRACTS AND INVOICES Your contract will be sent to you in a seperate e-mail and will be housed on our Client Portal. Your invoice will be attatched to your contract A required deposit of 50% of the total project cost will be due at the time of signing with the remaining due on the last Friday of your project.

C on su ltat ions CONSULTATIONS Included in any website design service whether it is a big or small package are two consultations in order to make sure that we can make this process for you as easy as can be. INITIAL CONULTATION Our first conultation will be on the first Monday of our agreed upon start date and will be 60 minutes. In this consultation we will hash out all those pesky little details. We will go through your special requests, determine what we need in a template and pick out your template, go through your #inspo, through the websites you’ve listed and the Pintrest board we have created. We will asnwer any questions you have about the inital process as well as the design process. We understand that building a website is nerve wrecking and expensive and we do not take you choosing us lightly. We want to set you at ease so that when you first initially see your website you are excited and not nervous. We will design elements for your site to precision and ensure that not only are they fueled to grab some crazy attention but is something that you absolutely love. This is a collaborative process because we want to show as much of your unique personality as possible! FINAL CONSULTATION Our final consultation will be 90 minutes. We want to make sure that you are fully ready for your site. If your not #techsavy that is ok. We will take you into the brain of your site and show you how to add content, change photos, and any other things that are imperttive to know in order to maintaining a website. If you want to know something specific we will be glad to include it just shoot us an e-mail by Tuesday of week two and we will make sure to include it.

how to’ s CLIENT PORTAL While working with us you will be using a system called Client Portal. This is an amazing system that I have set up just for you. It will make life so much easier for you in terms of your website building process. Each Client Portal will be equipped with a password to ensure security. In the beginning of your work with us you will be sent an e-mail with a link to your personal portal as well as your password. If you ever lose your login info just shoot us an e-mail and we will get you set right back up. While the Client Portal link is sent in your e-mail you can also access it through Edge+Flow Media Co.’s home page by clicking Client Portal. Insert your e-mail address associated with your Edge+Flow Media account and insert your password and viola. Client Portal is how you will be able to access your contract, invoice, and forms. This also makes your life easier because you will not have to worry about sending any form back to us. Once you fill out your form we will be notified and it will be updated into your Client Portal. This will also allow us to make sure that you are recieving all documents. While everything is sent to you in your e-mail we know how easy it is for something to get lost. Your Client Portal will have a copy of all correspondance from us and any and all forms that we sent you This will also be how feedback is given during the design process. (NOTE: Client Portal will not house any photos sent to us for your website but instead will be in a GOOGLE DRIVE folder. If at anytime you would like for us to move your GOOGLE DRIVE folder over just shoot us an a-mail and we will link into the portal. If for any reason you would ever need to add someone onto your Client

Portal or into your interaction with us just let us know and we will update it. WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR TEXTS AND IMAGES A document will be sent through your Client Portal entitled “Website Content�. This will be where you put any and all text based content that you would like to appear. In this form their will also be an uploader for you to upload ALL photos you would like to appear on your site. Your images MUST be named according to where you would like them placed.

DROPBOX If any branding or graphic design elements were created final design files will be sent via Dropbox. A one time link will be sent to you through your Client Portal. All items will be kept for 30 DAYS.
