Made with 100% Godello grapes, a native and rare grape or Roman origin from Galicia (Northwest Spain). Exotically perfumed with generous peach, apricot, pineapple and green apple. On the palate is fresh, clean, crisp and light.

Alan de Val Young Mencia , 2011(D.O Valdeorras - Galicia) Family owned winery with a limited production of 30,000 bottles per vintage. Made with Mencia grapes, a rare and native grape of Roman origin from northwest Spain. Fruity and aromatic young red, black-cherry juicy, plums and wild fruits with well-tuned balancing acidity and soft tannins.

£7.95 Alan de Val Pedrazais MENCIA Barrica, 2010 (D.O Valdeorras - Galicia) – 6 months aged in oak. Family owned winery with a very limited production of 3,000 bottles per vintage. This is a single vineyard wine made with Mencia grapes a native and rare variety of Roman origin in northwest Spain. This is a perfect dark, velvety red wine full of the flavor of bright cherry and cranberry fruit, with liquorice and mineral accents and a very light hint of oak. Beautifully well balanced. Long elegant dry finish.

Albarino 1988, 2011 Family owned winery with a limited production of 40,000 bottles of this wine per vintage.The grapes are pressed as soon as they reach the wine cellar. The free-run juices ferment at temperatures of 14-16ºC. Wine with a modern style, where mature fruit and fresh flowers dominate. Pleasant in the mouth, unctuous and aromatic.

Al barino Lagar de Besada, 2011- on lees Family owned winery with a limited production of 30,000 bottles of this wine per vintage Depending on the seasonal weather it undergoes total or partial film maceration. After the alcoholic fermentation it remains a minimum of 10 months in the stainless steel cask with very fine lees.Yellow colour. A very elegant nose, with intense hints of mature fruit. A delicate wine, very pleasant in the mouth with a clean finish.

WHITE £4.20 Sierra Salinas Young Macabeo, 2011: (100% Macabeo grapes) A very refreshing, crisp and dry White wine made with the best Macabeo grapes (also known as Viura grapes). Pale yellow colour, clean, fresh and fruity aromas.Very well balanced in the mouth.

ROSÉ £4.20 Sierra Salinas Young Rosé Bobal, 2011: (100% Bobal grapes) After a great care elaboration of the best bobal variety grapes (native grape from D.O Utiel-Requena) , arises this young wine with intense raspberry colour, fresh aromas with fruits connotations. In taste, it expresses itself with elegance, freshness and a delightful final.

REDS £4.20 Sierra Salinas Young Tempranillo, 20011: (100% Tempranillo grapes) Dark red colour, a mixture of fruity, smoked and high roast aromas. In taste, balanced and well structured in harmony with its aroma.The flavours are of cranberries and blackberries, combining well with the toasted flavours.

Peña Tejo Crianza 2009 (Tempranillo, Garnacha , Bobal) :Carefully macerated and fermented at moderate temperatures before aging in French and American oak barrels in our temperature and humidity controlled cellars. An intense cherry red colour with ruby tones. Elegant fruitness with delicate aromas of vanilla together with balsamic and spicy notes. A smooth structured taste with well balanced tannins giving an appealing and agreable finish. Tasty and balanced.
