Cooling tower is on the roof and feeds into the chiller which is located in the basement. The chiller pumps cold water onto the coils in the fan room, and the boiler pumps hot water onto the coils in the fan room. Exhaust from the boiler is fed into a chimney and out of the building. In the fan room air is pushed over the coils to control the temperature and then goes through the supply ducts into the building.
